This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services and products purchased from Epsom Recovery & Aesthetics (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy
At Epsom Recovery & Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering high-quality recovery and aesthetic services. Due to the nature of our treatments, all service purchases are subject to the refund conditions outlined below.
2. Services (Cryotherapy, IV Therapy, Aesthetics, Recovery)
2.1 Completed Services
All services once rendered are non-refundable. This includes Cryotherapy, IV Drip Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, Aesthetic treatments, and Recovery packages. Results may vary from person to person, and dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
2.2 Prepaid Packages & Memberships
Prepaid sessions, packages, or memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused sessions will not be refunded after expiration. In exceptional medical circumstances (with valid documentation), management may review refund requests at its sole discretion.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the session or deposit.
3.2 No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of that session or deduction from your prepaid package. No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Deposits may be adjusted toward future bookings if rescheduled within the permitted timeframe.
5. Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection. Opened, used, or tampered products are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for products purchased under promotional offers or discounts.
6. Medical & Safety Considerations
Clients are required to disclose full medical history prior to treatment. Refunds will not be issued if a client fails to disclose relevant medical information or if a treatment is discontinued due to undisclosed conditions. If a treatment is deemed medically unsuitable by our practitioner before commencement, a refund or credit may be issued.
7. Promotional Offers & Gift Cards
Services purchased under promotional pricing are strictly non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Expired gift cards will not be revalidated.
